If you binge vertical dramas on your phone, queue this up tonight. On the surface this is a Secret Identity / Counterattack serial, but underneath it is a story about obsession, loyalty and consequences — and "The Arcane Fraud" plays both layers for all they are worth.

Soren is a first-tier mage who can only cast illusions — and fools a dark dragon with them while protecting a rooftop, which the world misreads as proof he is the reincarnated God of Magic. The show runs on the maintenance cost of one good lie: royal betrothals, succession crises, continental threats, all survived by a fraud with a straight face, a princess and a dragon in on it. The con is the comedy; the conscience is the plot.
