Cheated on Me? Now Salute Me!

Retired bomb-disposal legend Han Seo-a chose diaper bags over detonators, and the show's thesis arrives wearing vests: skills rust, people do not. The hotel siege on her seventh wedding anniversary is the pivot — she disarms her way back into herself while absorbing a double betrayal, from husband Tae-hwan and, more painfully, from the son who sides with his father's mistress. What separates this from the standard rebirth-revenge pack is that Seo-a's power was earned in flashback and verified in real time; no system, no second life, just training that never left her hands. The action is staged with credible hardware, the family cruelty cuts deep enough to sting, and her rebuild — from discarded wife to the person everyone suddenly needs — is the arc to savor. Tae-hwan's mistress is thinner villainy than the premise deserves. Still, for military-grade comeback catharsis, this is the standout.
