Thunder God Descends: Begins with Healing His Blind Wife

The pitch is absurd and the show knows it: a thunder god botches a forbidden spell, lands in the body of a debt-ridden addict, and inherits that man's blind wife like a duty roster. What elevates it past shelf-filler is how seriously it takes the marriage. Soren's body was about to sell Ella to a gang; the god's first miracles are not lightning but groceries, protection, and a job hunt, and the romance grows from caretaking rather than destiny. The power scenes deliver when they arrive — gangsters meet weather — but the engine is a warrior learning domesticity without condescension. Avoid it if you want mythology accuracy; nobody here has read the old verses. Stay for a gentle giant of a husband and fifty episodes of a blind heroine being loved competently.
