Lulu the Little Goddess

This is the kind of guilty-pleasure serial that knows exactly what it is. On the surface this is a Revenge serial, but underneath it is a story about payback served cold — and "Lulu the Little Goddess" plays both layers for all they are worth.

Driven out by villagers as an evil witch, Lulu carries a healing gift that finally finds a fair audience: a wounded king, a royal adoption, and a two-thousand-year-old Dawnlight Dragon waking for her alone. The show is a power fantasy in a small crown — food crises solved, plagues cured, hostile kingdoms rebuffed — and it keeps its heart in the right place: the girl the village discarded becomes the continent's keeper.
