Daddy, I Am Your Daughter

The formula here is familiar — amnesiac billionaire, secret child — but the show hands the story to a five-year-old and it works. Sally marches from a remote town to the Hampton Global tower clutching a photo of her parents, and her tiny, unstoppable confidence reframes a standard memory-loss plot as a heist comedy with custody stakes. Cain forgot five years with Ivy after his accident; the foster family that coerced Ivy into marriage supplies villains you will love to hate. The appeal is tonal: corporate gloss around the edges, warm and silly at the core, with Sally stealing every scene she is in. Ivy gains real agency as the season continues, which helps the romance land. Nothing here will surprise genre veterans, and the amnesia logic wobbles under scrutiny. But as comfort viewing with an adorable kid at the center, these 52 episodes fly by.
